In order to provide the Services, BigMailer needs to collect the personal data of its users (hereinafter, the "Users").

The present privacy policy implemented by BigMailer is intended to provide Users with summary and global information on the processing of personal data made by BigMailer .

Data collected

BigMailer collects the data of the Users in order to put at your disposal the services for those who have subscribed to the platform.

Period of conservation of the data

The termination of the contractual relationship is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User or the non-use of BigMailer services for a period of five years.

Rights of Users
